The 8-Series, the new flagship loop detector from BG Drives, targets the market for advanced vehicle detection solutions in a slimline design. Our Automatic Frequency Selection (AFS) algorithms have been refined and optimised, resulting in easier set-up and installation of complex multi-lane access control systems. The new DUE800 wireless diagnostic unit is supported by the 8-series detectors and enables detector configuration and installation feedback on all iOS and Android devices. This means that no mechanical interfaces need to be adapted once the detector has been installed.

 

The new, slim housing for DIN rail mounting allows for more physical connections and the innovative modular principle allows the detectors to be expanded with additional relay outputs, additional channels and communication interfaces, among other things.

 

The detectors in the 8 series are extremely reliable, so you can rely on them even in the most complex installations. They are available in single and dual-channel versions with either relay or optocoupler outputs.
